- How far in advance should we book a lion dance performance?
- At least a month, though earlier is better — more time allows for more preparation and practice tailored to your event's specific needs.
- Do you require a deposit to reserve a date? What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
- No deposit is required. Rescheduling or cancelling is handled case by case through direct communication.
- What areas do you travel to? Is there a travel fee?
- We serve Vancouver, Richmond, and the Lower Mainland. If a significant travel fee applies for your event, it's folded into your overall performance quote rather than billed separately.
- How many lions and performers come to a typical event?
- It varies case by case, but a typical booking includes two lions, four performers, a drummer, and two to five percussionists, plus a few additional organizers on site.
- Do you perform indoors, outdoors, or both?
- Both — we perform at indoor venues and outdoor events alike.
- How much does it cost?
- We don't publish fixed rates. Factors like travel distance, number of lions requested, and performance duration all affect the quote — get in touch with your event details and we'll work out pricing with you.
